Paris, France – Adding a little bit of spark to effortless bon chic, the designer Gauchere presents his new work for Spring/Summer 2017.
The classical English jacket, pants and coats are teamed together with some little unexpected futuristic, metallic accents. The garments are not defining the body shape as boxy and with oversized lines. There’s a tomboyish attitude to the military inspired jackets and coats with substantial pockets. To give a touch of femininity one can find flowy, pleated skirts or slits exposing the assets focusing on the arms or legs.
The clothes are in solid colors or with designs like checks and wild leaves prints. The conservative style of the collection is given a new life with metallic pieces and eye-catching platform sandal in various colors. The palette ranges from neutrals such as grey, black, white, army green mixed with energetic yellow, orange, blue or jade.
